Position Qualifications
Head Teacher: Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten
Bachelor’s Degree and State Certification in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education.
Head Teacher: Infant, Toddler, School Age
Minimum of Associate’s Degree (or equivalent college credits) in Elementary, Early Childhood Education, or Child Development, plus 1 year of experience working in a licensed child care program.
Assistant Teachers: All Classrooms
Minimum of High School diploma and currently pursing a degree or documentation of college coursework in Education or Child Development or a CDA, plus 2 years of documented experience in a licensed child care program.
