• Platinum Performance Award—awarded to the schools that excel in all areas of providing superior early childhood programs and have met the required achievement levels in 9 assessment categories.
• Executive Director of the Year Award—awarded to the Executive Director who best exemplifies the characteristics necessary to lead their school to operational success, therefore contributing to the success of the company as a whole.
• Director of Education of the Year Award—awarded to the Director of Education who best exemplifies the characteristics necessary to lead a quality early childhood education program in their school, thereby contributing to the overall success of that school and the company as a whole.
• President’s Choice Award—awarded to The Malvern School that shows consistent effort toward constant and never-ending improvement in the operations of their school, striving always to be an exemplary Malvern School.
• Rising Star Award—awarded to The Malvern School employee who achieves at an exemplary level in their position and therefore contributes to the success, reputation and prosperity of their school and the company. Additionally, they strive to advance their knowledge and their professional and career development.
• The Big Q Award—awarded to The Malvern School that achieves the highest overall score on their Quality Standards Review for the preceding year.
• Health and Safety Coordinator of the Year Award—awarded to the Health and Safety Coordinator who exemplifies the best in health and safety of all Malvern Schools.
• Curriculum Coordinator of the Year Award—awarded to the Curriculum Coordinator who exemplifies the best in curriculum of all Malvern Schools.
• Staff Retention Award—awarded to the school that has the lowest staff turnover rate for the preceding year.
• Safe School Award—awarded to the school with the highest overall scores in the area of Health and Safety during the preceding year.
• NAEYC Coordinator of the Year—awarded to the NAEYC Coordinator who provides superior ideas and support and is a model of best practices at our accredited schools.
